モルジブの味/Real taste of Maldives

友人とレストラン「バビアナ」に行きました。彼の話では、マーレ市内でも数件しかない「本当のモルディブ料理を出している店の一つ」とのこと。私達はヘディカ（スナック）、ひよこ豆カレー、魚の内臓のカレーをいただきました。最近の飲食店は味付けが非常に辛い店が多いですが、ここは辛すぎず素材の旨みを感じられました^^

「バビアナ」は、ギヤスディン小学校の向かいの細い道路を入った所にあります。

My friend took me to a local restaurant names BABIANA in Male. He says it's one of the  restaurants which serve the real Maldivian food. We ordered some Hedhikaa (snack), chickpea curry, fish guts curry and grilled fish. Recent local restaurants cook food too much spicy but here all our dishes had mild flavours and I enjoyed the taste of food itself :)
