My Top 3 Hedhikaa/ヘディカ私ベスト3
I'm into Maldivian snacks “Hedhikaa” these days. My favourite local cafe starts selling fresh Hedhikaa at 4pm Maldivian tea time.
I've been avoiding eating Hedhikaa until quite recently as there are many kinds of names and shapes and flavours, and spicy ones really burn my mouth. One day, my friend told me to go an old cafe which is popular only among locals. That changed everything!
Since then I go to that cafe at 4pm and buy some Hedhikaa almost everyday.

Ingredients
Biskatlas: Boiled egg, shredded tuna, spices and seasonings
Biskeemiyaa: Boiled egg, shredded cabbage and a piece of chili ★Not spicy
Foni boakibaa: Flour, egg, coconut flakes, sugar ★Not spicy
この頃ヘディカ(モルディブのスナック)にはまっています。私のお気に入りの店は、ティータイム「4時」に合わせ、できたてのヘディカが店に並びます。
ヘディカには多くの種類があり、辛いのに当たると本当に辛いので、これまで好んで食べたことはありませんでした。ある日、友人が地元のカフェを教えてくれ、ヘディカを食べました。何これ、美味しい!私はその日からほぼ毎日4時にそのカフェに行き、ヘディカを買っています。
